A stealth startup called Kepler Computing says it has developed a new approach to chip design, along with a proprietary material, that could help resolve the supply bottlenecks behind the recent surge in memory prices.
The company claims its technology may offer a way out of the shortages that have constrained memory supply and pushed prices upward.
